Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products — but we know things can happen. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.


No Returns or Refunds — Unless There's a Problem

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item meets the criteria below:

Correctable Issues (Eligible for Return/Refund):

  • Printing errors or production mistakes

  • Mismatched prints

  • Damaged products upon delivery

To request a return, please email us at motorsportmaps@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products


Refunds (If Approved):

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

Still waiting? Try the following:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)

  3. Contact your bank

If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at motorsportmaps@gmail.com.


Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (If Applicable):

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If approved for a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the total

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items
